How do I book a hire from you?

There are several ways to book your hire:

Online

Use the online quotation form to request a price for a hire. We will review your request and submit a response to you as soon as possible. You will be able to review the status of your quote via the Portal.

Email

You can email us your request to hire@buses.co.uk. Please ensure you include as much information as possible, including timings, exact addresses for pick up and drop off points, and number of passengers. We will review your request and submit a response to you as soon as possible.

Telephone

You can call us with your request on 01273 886222. Our lines are open from 9am until 4pm Monday to Friday. We may not always be able to answer the phone and ask if possible to use the Online Quotation system or email us.

If I have to cancel my booking, will I lose my money?

The following cancellation scheme will be used in the event of cancellation:

Notice Given	Charge to Hirer
31 Days or More	Deposit
15-30 Days	25% of Balance of Hire
7-14 Days	50% of Balance of Hire
3-6 Days	75% of Balance of Hire
Within 3 Days	100% of Hire

You will be responsible for all costs associated with the hire which cannot be cancelled, if a cancellation is made at any point. This includes items such as ferry booking fees, parking etc.
