Corporate Hire

When you are organising a corporate event, be it a day at the races a luncheon in the area or anything in between you need to transfer your guests and staff to and from the venue.

We can arrange to collect your guests from specified locations, (local railway stations, your office car park, a central public car park etc.), take them to the venue and return them after the event.  Where your corporate event includes the provision of alcohol, this is the safest way of making sure your corporate event is successful with no 'bad risk' news.

We offer a range of coaches to suit. Our coaches also have Audio visual entertainment systems, featuring on-board passenger navigation systems when available.

Staff Transportation

Spirit of Sussex offer a range of staff transportation services for companies with limited car parking facilities.

For each client unique routes are implemented, which collect staff in the morning and return them at close of business.

We also offer ad-hoc shuttle services during working hours for regular staff movement between offices or between office and town, office and social club etc.

We offer a range of services specially tailored to meet the needs of the user. These can vary from the use of standard coaches in a variety of seating formats - 55 seater for maximum passenger numbers to 44 to 51 seater configurations with toilet facilities and servery.

Dedicated coaches on long term contract can be provided in either client livery or Spirit of Sussex. Our design team can provide example 'client liveries' on request, taking into account client existing promotional literature etc.

Staff Transportation contracts are all allocated to a designated Account Manager with agreed quality delivery measures and regular service reviews.

We offer a full range of vehicles from a 17 seater minibus, 44 to 55 seater coaches or 71 seater double decker buses.
